- Cancellations must be received in writing either by e-mail or fax by 2 June 2014 to qualify for a refund. After 2 June 2014, there will be no refunds.
- A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted for all approved cancellations received by 2 June 2014. All refunds will be processed after the event.
- Replacement of participants from the same organisation is allowed at no extra charge with a notification to the Organiser prior the Conference, and update by participants in the business match-making software.
- Delegates wish to participate in the Business Match-making event must register as soon as possible in order to include their company profile in the Business Match-making software and arrangement of business meetings.
